What We Believe

THE BIBLE

We believe the Bible is God’s infallible Word and is the only valid source of Christian doctrine. (II Timothy 3:16)

GODHEAD

We believe in one God who was “manifest in flesh” (I Timothy 3:16) and dwells within us. (II Timothy 1:14; John 14:17)

We believe Jesus is the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. (John 5:43, Matthew 1:21-23, John 14:26)

SALVATION

We believe that salvation comes only through believing and obeying the Gospel. (Mark 16:15-16)

We believe the Gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
(I Corinthians 15:1-4)

We obey the Gospel by identifying with Jesus Christ in His death through repentance; His burial through baptism in Jesus’ name, and His resurrection when wereceive the promised gift of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38, Romans 6:1-11)

APOSTLES’ DOCTRINE

We preach the Apostles’ doctrine (Acts 2:42) and believe in living separated and consecrated lives to our Savior. (Romans 12:1; II Corinthians 6:17)
